Restaurant Ege serves wine from Kavaklidere, a wine company raised in 1929. The grapes are grown in several places in Turkey (Ankara, East Anatolia, Thrace, Aegean and Central), each with their unique soil. This results in different wines with their own character, which because of the favorable climate of Turkey have a high quality. The wines regularly win prizes at international concours.
